All Participants on CapitalConnect get a 30 day Trial period on registration. After the trial period, an annual subscription fee will be applicable.The annual subscription fees applicable on CapitalConnect are as follows:

For Social Enterprises                           : USD 500 or INR 20,000
For Promoter Investors                         : USD 750 or INR 30,000
For Institutional Lenders & Investors    : USD 1,000 or INR 40,000

1. The fee should be remitted to us after you submit your registration information, and sign up the service agreement.
2. The fee will be for a subscription for a 12 month period starting from the date on which login information is provided to you.
3. The fee will be refundable only before the login information is provided to you. It is non-refundable once the subscription period starts.
4. The fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes (withholding or any other taxes applicable in your country). Please remit to us the amount net of taxes withheld / deducted by you.
5. We have the discretion to offer a discount to a small number of particularly deserving enterprises.
