| You need to: |
- Provide basic information
- Provide latest financial performance information
- Enter into a service agreement with CapitalConnect (All Participants, Individual-Promoter Investor)
- Pay annual subscription fees to CapitalConnect
|

| On receiving the above, CapitalConnect will provide you with a login identity and password (within 10 working days) to start interacting with other participants on the portal. CapitalConnect reserves the right to seek detailed information or to reject the application, if required. In case an application is rejected, CapitalConnect will refund the entire fees. |
